Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will offer either a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Digital Products 

  • Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, memberships, or access content), all sales are final.

  • Refunds are only available if you are unable to access the product due to a technical error on our end.

Process for Refunds

  • Email us at nextchaptermates@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue within 14 days of purchase.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
